With over 25 years of coaching experience, Bill Conway have guided more than 120 athletes to higher performance and deeper appreciation for the sport. At Rare Air Sierra Sports, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized on-court instruction that meets the unique needs of every athlete, from novices to seasoned competitors.

Over a span of more than a decade as the Director of Operations at the Tennis and Pickleball Center in Steamboat Springs, Bill has significantly shaped the trajectory of the facility, leading it to earn the prestigious "2022 Facility of the Year" award by Racquet Sports Industry and consecutive Premier Facility awards by USTA from 2022 to 2024.

Bill's profound impact on the sport is also evident through his leadership role as Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Youth Tennis Foundation. Here, he has been a driving force in developing programs that nurture young talent and expand the accessibility of tennis and pickleball. His initiatives are credited with not just enhancing player skills but also fostering a broader appreciation and participation in these sports across various communities.

During his transformative tenure at the Colorado Athletic Club Inverness, Bill implemented strategic program developments that dramatically increased both revenue and membership participation. His ability to develop flourishing junior and adult tennis programs has significantly boosted the club’s competitive and communal standing.
